My goal is to design and build simple, useable, and attractive interfaces and web sites that account for readability, speed and accessibility. A strong and appealing design and layout will be combined with a sound organisation of your content. As a professional, I like to keep up with changes in technology and make sure that my knowledge and skills are always current. As a part of this, my focus is on developing websites in accordance with web standards.

What are Web Standards?

A group of standards bodies including the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has established a standard for technologies used to create and present web-based content. As stated at http://webstandardsgroup.org/standards/: "Designing and building with these standards simplifies and lowers the cost of production, while delivering sites that are accessible to more people and more types of Internet devices."
